Anders Storbråten

CEO & CFO

Anders Storbråten is a serial entrepreneur, with experience in restructuring and scaling technology companies globally. He has also been an investment banker at the technology teams of JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Anders has more than 25 years of international technology leadership experience. Anders holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway, and the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Kjell Arne Besseberg

COO

Kjell-Arne Besseberg is a senior executive with extensive experience leading large projects and driving business transformation. Comprehensive management consulting background encompasses strategy development, organization development and business transformation initiatives. Kjell-Arne holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, and an Honor degree in Management from University of Queensland.

Didrik Martens

CPO

Didrik Martens has prior to joining IDEX, founded and led several digital platform companies, leveraging his competence within social sciences expertise and technological acumen. He has a strong foundation for understanding the interplay between social and technological advancements. Didrik holds a Master of Arts in Society, Science, and Technology from the University in Oslo, Norway. Additionally, he has completed the Entrepreneurship program at Berkley University, California.

Board of directors

At the 2024 annual general meeting, the number of board members was reduced to three, including the chair. Mr. Morten Opstad was elected to continue for the second year of his term, now taking the role as Chair of the board. Ms. Adriana Saitta, and Ms. Annika Olsson will continue as Board members for the second year of their terms.

There are no family relationships among the board members or between board members and the management. There is no arrangement or understanding with major shareholders, customers, suppliers or others, pursuant to which members of the board or management were selected.
